toshiba stack windows 7My copy of windows 7 wont install . help ?!?

whenever i try to complete the installation this appears :

There is not enough free space on partition (C:). A total of 12870 megabytes (MB) of free disk space is required. Try Disk Cleanup, or moving files to an external location such as a CD, DVD, or external hard drive, and then restart the installation.


Windows cannot be upgraded while running in safe mode. To upgrade, Windows needs to be restarted and running normally.


For these items, make the following changes:
Uninstall these programs. Open Control Panel and search for "uninstall a program".

how to fix all this ?
Does you computer meet the requirements?
1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bittoshiba stack windows 7 (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
If it does then....
Did you uninstall your current OS?
put the windows 7 cd in then shut down your laptop or computer
turn it back on push F12 press enter
then push any key when it says to and it should install windows 7
make sure you dont delete anything just push next...
activate it with the activations key and you should be good...:D good luck
