ok so i downloaded a free version of limewire 5.5.8 and i cant find any songs or albums i was looking for,the older versions i use to use worked better then the new 1.how do i download an older version or how do i make this version better?

You have two options there
Youfree old version limewire can go on http://www.oldversion.com/ and do a search for limewire OR
You can get Frostwire which is the equivalent to limewire pro but its free.Heres the link:

Also if you download the old version of limewire make sure it doesn't update free old version limewireitself.
All the free limewires work. you should be more spacific when you look up songs on limewire. it works wayyyyy more. :)

I think the real problem here is that you're trying to illegally pirate music using limewire... go buy your music.
