Like when i press down on my palm it hurts or when i punch (in kickboxing) it also hurts. It doesn't hurt when there's no pressure or anything. What do you think this is? Its been bothering me for a few weeks now
Maybe what hurtsu bruised it, or swollen it from doing any sports. I would put a ice pack on it and let it sit. Or, go to the doc, or ask your mom or dad. That is some strange stuff.
Maybe carpal tunnel. If you do a lot of wrist-relawhat hurtsted activities like boxing, typing, or writing, then your wrist suffers a bit from it and it can travel up to your palm. It will go away soon, but if it doesn't, see your local pediatric orthopedist.
